We are currently looking to employ a Head of Finance, a key leadership role within the Mission, and 2 Youth Workers.
Head of Finance
Full or part-time role
This is a great opportunity to be involved in city mission in a key leadership role, with responsibility for financial management of the charity.
Main duties include financial planning, budgeting, monitoring cash flow, property management, preparation of statutory accounts and the day-to-day running of the finance office. The role also includes liaising with the Board ofDirectors and the CEO on policy matters and with the auditors, and representing BCM externally in legal, financial and operational matters.

Youth Workers
Full-time roles
These are exciting opportunities to join BCM's Youth Team in reaching the young people of Britain's second city with the gospel. Every year the team visits 35 senior schools, organises city-wide youth events, supports youth groups, and runs a summer camp.
We are looking for 2 Youth Workers. One role is full-time with BCM, the other a full-time shared role (3-year fixed term contract) with BCM and Water Orton Parish Church.
